It was constructed by the tenant of Kütahya, Fuat Pasha in 1905. Its minaret with a balcony constructed by using a style of a mansion is one of its kind in Kütahya. The ornaments of the inner part of the mosque was decorated with handdrawn from the dome to the ceiling, embossment, oil-paint garnishing, botanic motives and geometric figures.
