The Former Government Mansion located in the city center, Saray Street, Fuat Paşa Avenue was constructed by the tenant of Kütahya , Cretan Ahmet Fuat Pasha in 1905. It is the only structure ornamented with Kütahya çini. It is also a notable structure from the Ottoman architecture. The registered monumental structure restored in 1999 serves as the Courthouse today.
